HAPPY NEW YEARS!

We had a good New Years/New Years Eve! We went bowling @ Seaside Bowling in American Village then had dinner at our favorite resturant so far- well for Adam it's tied with Arin Krin (aka The Garlic House) Kitakaisen! We rang in the New Year over at our friends the Fabregas' house!
HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE! We hope everyone has a full, happy & prosperous NEW YEAR!

Only 5 days left in the United States!!

Decided to start this blog on the advice of Mrs. Merenda- excellent idea Mary! Not sure how great I'll be at blogging or keeping it up to date but I'm going to try! Here it goes... Wow, in just 5 short days we will no longer be living in this country! Crazy! It still feels so surreal! We went down to the travel office yesterday and got our plane tickets so I guess it is definitely real now!  Our little Goonie is going to be 6 months old on the 6th- where the heck has the time gone? She's such a little ball of energy! She's sitting up now and sqeakin' up a storm all the time- Granddad just left from his visit with us and is convinced she's gonna be a singer, lol! She's definitely found her little voice for sure! :) She makes me :) all the time! She still hates tummy time, all she does now is goes straight from tummy to back so I'm convinced she'll just up and walk and skip crawling! Here are some more photo's for everyone to enjoy!! In Okinawa!!!

We're in Okinawa!! Woooo-hooooo!!! It took forever to get here! We arrived last night at 6:00 local time, 5:00 a.m. (FL) and 3:00 a.m. (ID)!!! :) I haven't been able to take any photos yet, it's still raining from the tropical depression. So far we've been able to check out the BX- which is HUGE, Commissary and we went to Camp Foster to the Macaroni Grill with Laura & Steve and Andrea & Mike! We've only seen from the car the town between Kadena and Camp Foster- Andrea said maybe Monday we could go to the 100 yen store!! I'm excited bout that! It's like our dollar stores in the states but suposed to be WalMart quality stuff! Laura said we'll go to Jesco tomorrow too! I guess it's suposed to be like a mall and nice! I can't wait to take photos to show everyone! Hopefully the rain will let up tomorrow or later today and I'll be able to post photo's soon. Not sure how often I'll be able to post because the TLF here has no internet...
